Hi, I’m Tracy—founder of All Women Every Day (AWED). I didn’t come here with a résumé full of titles or degrees, but I come with something else: real-life experience, a curious mind, and a deep love for sharing what works—and what doesn’t—with other women.
AWED is a space for women in all seasons of life to find honest conversations about wellness, aging, relationships, hormones, health, products that help (and the ones that don’t), and the importance of standing tall together. No fluff, no filters, and definitely no shame.
This isn’t a place for perfection. It’s a place for truth, trust, and togetherness.
🚦I am an Amazon Associate but I will NEVER share a product just to make money on it.
I do it so you can have easy access to the things I love and use most.
My journey into health and wellness began in my early 20s when I was frequently ill, yet every doctor I consulted assured me that I was "fine." Spoiler alert: I wasn't. After months of feeling terrible, I finally discovered that I had Candida overgrowth. When I raised this concern, male doctors often rolled their eyes and dismissed it as a fad. 🙄 That experience ignited a passion in me. I realized how little most doctors understood, or acknowledged, about the connection between diet, gut health, and our overall well-being. We know this now, don’t we, ladies? So, I took the initiative that many women must: I educated myself. I changed my diet, conducted research, and gradually improved my health. Since then, I've always collaborated with doctors but never without questioning them. I believe in being an active participant in my health. Now, as I've entered menopause, I notice the same dismissiveness reoccurring. I'm also tired of being told by 20 something women what works for my age group. How about you?
Here I will test research and share stories about what works and what not to waste you time and money on.
I’m not a doctor, and I don’t pretend to be. What I am is a woman who’s spent years researching, testing, and living through the ups and downs of health, hormones, and healing, because I had no other choice and
My approach is simple:
Real talk. Useful info. No shame.
Listen to your body. I don’t believe in quick fixes or miracle products. I do not think there is a one-size-fits-all for women. I do believe in learning how our bodies work, questioning outdated advice, and finding solutions that feel right for you.
I will combine personal experience, honest product reviews, and current research, shared with zero judgment and a great deal of heart.
This space is for women who are tired of being told “you’re fine” when they know they’re not. It’s for those who want fundamental tools, real answers, and a place to speak up, learn, and lift one another.
Welcome to the pack. Let’s figure it out together.
