WHO ARE WE

TRACY SULLIVAN

Hi, I'm Tracy

I didn’t set out to build a platform for women.

I set out to understand them and myself.

Over the years, through relationships, work, travel, and conversations that didn’t always go as planned, I began to notice patterns. The way women connect. The way we misunderstand each other. The way we judge, compare, withdraw, or lean in, support, and lift one another up.

I notices how so many continue to grapple with the same unhealthy relationships over and over and can't seem to break the cycle.

Some of the most meaningful moments in my life didn’t come from being in agreement. They came from being misunderstood and having uncomfortable conversations.

That realization became the foundation for AWED (All Women Every Day), a space designed to bring women together, even when we don’t think the same.

I believe deeply that women are capable of something powerful:

holding different perspectives without losing respect and that is what we need now more than ever in this world full of separation. Enough already. We need new tactics and I believe women have that.

Through AWED, I share stories, observations, and conversations rooted in real life, relationships, communication, emotional patterns, personal growth, and the moments that shape who we become.

This isn’t about telling women how to think.

It’s about creating space to think, reflect, and connect more honestly. It's a place to learn about themselves, relationships, and a safe place when life isn't feeling quite that way.

Personally, my life has been anything but linear. I’ve built careers, navigated complex relationships, reinvented myself more than once, and learned that sometimes the hard way, and growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from the awareness of those hardships and wanting to make changes and become the best version of yourself.

Today, my focus is simple:

To create something that helps women feel less alone, more understood, and more connected to themselves and to each other. Where can we learn to stop those behaviors that keep us in recurring negative relationships?

Because when women stop competing and start educating each other, it creates a deep connection and everything changes, including the world.

OUR APPROACH

AWED provides tools to help support women so they can reflect on the difficulties of confusing relationship dynamics in making healthier choices.

Our materials are intended to help women recognize patterns and better understand what may be happening in their bodies and decision-making process over time.

Any choices made following participation in AWED content remains solely the responsibility of the individual.

AWED is not a replacement for licensed mental health care or legal consultations.

What we do not do:

  • Diagnose
  • Treat
  • Provide therapy
  • Offer legal advice
  • or recommend specific course of action

If you're wondering about the encaustic art...

Encaustic art, an ancient practice of layering molten wax, teaches patience and surrender. Each layer must be fused before the next can begin. In difficult times, that process mirrors our own — peeling back, rebuilding, understanding who we are beneath it all. The layers feel like the women in my life: textured, strong
